Major Exhibition Venue Announced

We’re thrilled to announce that the winning images from this year’s competition will be on display at Edinburgh’s Ocean Terminal throughout the 2016 Edinburgh International Festival.

Designed by Sir Terence Conran, Ocean terminal is Edinburgh’s largest shopping centre with over 5 million visitors a year and is the gateway for tourists visiting the Royal Yacht Britannia. Timing the exhibition to coincide with the world’s largest arts festival ensures that photographers work on display will receive massive exposure and raise their profiles to visitors from the UK and across the globe.

Stuart Low, competition founder said “It’s a key aim to promote the photographers that enter the competition and showcase their brilliant images to as wide an audience as possible. This demontrates that the competition is really working to promote photography and I’m genuinely delighted that their work will be showcased during the world’s greatest arts festival. It’s another great reason to enter the competition”.

The exhibition runs from 18th July to 31st August 2016 and is in association with the Image Collective.

Entries for the competition close at midnight on 16th November 2015. Entry is via the competition website at
